In utilizing New Quest Staffing Solutions as a resource, you are partnering with a firm that brings 30+ ​years of combined industry expertise in talent acquisition. NQSS has successfully recruited in a ​variety of industries and maintains an impressive database of candidates.

Clients are billed for our services only when they ​hire one of our candidates. The fee charged is ​based on the candidate’s first year total ​compensation and we provide a 60-day ​guarantee for all placements. Therefore, there ​are no additional charges, hidden fees, or risk ​for our services. Please note that the ​contingency fee and terms are negotiable.

Retained search services to fill executive ​positions. Since the fee is paid for the ​process and not the hire, we share the risk​—one third of the fee is paid at the ​beginning of the search; one third is paid ​when a short list of candidates is ​presented; one third is paid upon ​completion of the search.
